It’s not the easiest of things – to keep calm and carry on during or after cancer. With the whirlwind of the new; treatment, appointments, organisation, people, things to learn, think about and do. Then energy to regain afterwards, a way of life that’s different to before, a feeling of getting back to normal when things are anything but.
That’s why I was inspired to write this piece this week on staying calm after cancer. You’ll see – it’s not because I think we should be calm all the time. In fact, the message is anything but this.
