You're ready to make good things happen from the difficult experiences you've had.
You want to adjust to this new way of being, and grow - in confidence and in your sense of self. You want to move forward with fresh eyes and a renewed focus.
But what and how exactly?
Join me for this 3 month programme where we’ll take everything from the gather and regroup session and work together to watch you in action creating the space and change you set out to achieve. Work, home, play, people. Making room for thinking and creating time alongside the commitments and community you serve.
I’ll be by your side cheering you on, continuing to help you question beliefs and blocks so you’re always moving forward. And resting where you need to.
I’ll provide space, guidance, exercises and intuitive support using my 20 years experience in psychology, coaching, NLP and mindset change to support you in the direction and decisions you’re making. Exclusive to this programme is my experience in moving forward from trauma, confidence in your voice training and over 1000 hours of coaching in life change.
We meet in person in my quiet studio in Surrey or online on Zoom.
Price: £900 (payment plan available)
For: 6 sessions, 1 workshop, email support between sessions
What others say:
"Emily was of great help to me. She is highly competent and professional and made it very easy for us to work together on my issues. She has helped me identifying practical solutions to establish boundaries between my work and personal life and to take greater care of myself. I'd definitely recommend her as a coach"
"The practical and natural way Emily coaches doesn't feel like coaching at all! It was more like my mind was a tangle of weeds, and she gently pulled back the mess to show me the path underneath"
"I really appreciated the gentle focus on life's joys, together with balance. It felt like a very holistic way to approach work, rather than tackling career change questions head on, we approached life from different angles and this gave me more of the tools I needed to make decisions. Really supportive and positive experience."
