Who I am
In using these mindset shifts and this process, I've had regular £30k months in my business. I also want to share something else - when I don't use these shifts and this process, I bring in much, much less.
I didn't want to be just another coach teaching on how to get clients.
But when I realised I was never taught in a way that made me feel great, and in a way that aligned my values with my audience and future client values, and in a way that felt stretchy (because this stuff does stretch us) but without feeling uncomfortable, I knew I had to teach on it.
Because it's not 'just' the process, the how-to, the steps to take. It's SO much about our feelings and emotions when we go into 'getting clients' (and how we feel about a phrase like that) that matters.
I'm a Psychologist, Coach and International Speaker - off and online - and Author + Podcaster (and proud of all of those titles), who talks, writes and coaches on leading your business with more ease and flow so that you're wildly successful for longer.
I'm also an HSP and Trauma survivor, and trauma trained and informed in my practice.
The way I coach and teach is aimed at those wanting success with both traditional markers (money! accolades!) and non-traditional ones (internal validation! a sense of peace! contentment!).
