Today marks the start of #mentalhealthawarenessweek in the UK
so I want to share how leading a more gentle life can help in our business and support our mental health.
I’ve seen again and again that creating a more gentle life has tangible benefits for our mental health.
Then, applying these principles to our businesses and work.
For me, as a coach with significant psychology training too, this topic is close to my heart and one I see as completely interrelated to my style of coaching and supporting my clients.
Here’s some of the ways gentle living work works for our work:
🌿Feeling more comfortable, and relieved, to admit the vision you really want. Not the diverted one, or the one you think you have to settle for because it’s easier, but the one that lights you up and means you’re more in alignment with how you work and live

🌿Helping you let go of limiting beliefs that are stopping you from truly being the best business owner you can be, and seeing your potential so that you take more efficient and happier action where needed
🌿Helping you see that failure and disappointment in business is normal and to be resilient when it happens to move past it quicker
🌿Helping you slow.down, be and feel less frantic and of realise you can do more with less, and do less and achieve more
